IT Operations Specialist

Internal IT Support:

• Act as the primary contact for IT requests via Jira and Slack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and document fixes.
• Maintain Runbooks, checklists, and FAQs in Notion.

Access Management:

• Own identity and access management across core systems.
• Manage laptop and equipment lifecycle and maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Coordinate secure device disposal and lead IT onboarding/offboarding.

Security, SOC 2 & Vendors:

• Own SOC 2 Type II IT controls: evidence collection and audits.
• Tune security tooling and support incident response.
• Manage key IT/security vendors and ensure device compliance.
