About the Role:

  • Strengthen day-to-day IT Infrastructure and service operations.
  • Act as a dependable escalation point for complex issues.
  • Improve workflows that reduce manual effort and increase service quality.

Things you will do:

  • Maintain core systems.
  • Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, updates, and improvements.
  • Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements.

What you already bring to the table:

  • Experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, or Systems Engineering in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong experience with identity and access management (Okta or similar).
  • Solid ITSM foundations (incident, request, and change management).
