Avalere Health is seeking an Associate Principal or Principal to join its Policy Analytics group, providing analytic support and advisory services to a wide range of clients across the US healthcare industry. This role involves Medicare Advantage analysis, focusing on payment, quality, benefit design, regulatory, and legislative developments. The ideal candidate will have strong business, analytics, and communication skills in client-facing roles, with prior experience conducting data-driven projects.

Create supporting documentation that fully documents model calculation methodology, business rules, and assumptions for all SAMs, MOP (Model for Operational Planning), workload forecasts, and productivity analyses. Document time and motion studies, sampling methods, scenario analyses, and dashboards. Develop user-friendly documentation tools and dashboards that allow SAM stakeholders to explore and understand their models. Provide ongoing training for federal staff on model usage and interpretation.
