Overview:

  • With detailed direction and following standard operating procedures, this position is responsible for relaying participant eligibility information to insurance carriers.
  • This position also performs day-to-day data entry tasks and other clerical support tasks to facilitate the capture, transfer and maintenance of accurate and timely data/records.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, compiles, sorts and verifies source documents to organize and streamline workflow.
  • Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors and correct them manually.
  • Communicates with clients and participants to answer questions or explain information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, 1-2 years of clerical and administrative experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of flexible spending account (FSA) benefits, health saving accounts, COBRA and commuter benefits is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
