Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, including complex diary management
  • Support the senior leadership team on an ad-hoc basis across travel
  • Prepare agendas, decks, minutes and action tracking for leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Experience working in startups or scale-ups, ideally within distributed, international teams
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail
  • Enjoys working closely with senior leaders and being at the heart of the business
