You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them schedule appointments, manage intake information, and feel welcomed into care. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks, all while upholding patient privacy.
Executive Assistants handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and work independently with little supervision. They work with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. The role involves maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and providing historical reference.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex executive workflows from inbox and calendar management to CRM oversight and travel coordination. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting senior leadership, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
