Support Guest Teachers with integrating into schools and classrooms through timely and effective communication, onboarding and managing school assignments. Ensure Guest Teacher has the information necessary to provide a stellar experience to our School Partners and make a lasting impact on students. Receive and handle Guest Teacher issues or complaints and respond appropriately.
Accurately input data into systems, maintain data integrity, and ensure data security. Responsible for entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records. Verify data for accuracy and completeness, update and maintain data in various systems. Ensure data security and confidentiality, and assist with data cleanup and maintenance projects.
This role involves identifying and executing new ways to engage with lawmakers, supporting program and content development, collecting and analyzing data, systems development and improvement, coordinating internal and cross-team workstreams, and managing team operations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing programs for lawmakers focused on effective governance to achieve the American Promise, as well as managing team systems and operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with TSP goals.
