This role is critical to helping our leaders operate at their best removing friction, managing calendars and travel, and driving forward key administrative and coordination tasks. You’ll report to our Head of People, Alex, and work closely across the business to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Here are your key responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and expenses
-Provide briefings and background for key meetings
-Handle external communication on behalf of the CEO
-Track key deliverables and support project execution
-Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
-Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and offsites
-Organize team meetings and cross-functional events
-Own and improve internal processes: travel, expenses, vendor tools
-Act as point of contact for travel systems and related vendors
-Work with People & Ops to support internal initiatives
-Help coordinate company-wide meetings and team offsites
