Leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment to execute the product roadmap and deliver high-quality software.
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches and report on success.

Define and land a multi-quarter roadmap aligned to the broader Hardware strategy.

Analyzing existing systems and infrastructure landscape, identifying opportunities to improve architecture, reduce duplication, make systems more performant and robust.
Identifying key recurring patterns leading to incidents and non-project overhead, and coming up with a plan to address those
Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to ensure risks of stock outages/backorders are minimized
Supporting sales teams with data entry for applications and submit supporting documentation for the relevant teams
Monitor existing applications through lifecycles and engage with relevant teams and customers, where necessary, to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
