Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior project managers. Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring creative assets are reviewed and approved. Providing regular status updates and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and implemented.
This role plays a key part in our go-to-market engine — connecting data, systems, and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, and Finance. The Revenue Operations Analyst will support regional and global leaders by uncovering opportunities, improving operational performance, and turning insights into practical action. They will also identify performance opportunities by analyzing trends across revenue, churn, and cost, and translate them into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.
Craft robust systems and beautiful interfaces, write clear, performant, testable and elegant code and be a strong advocate for modern development practices. Collaborate with others in technical discussions, code reviews and architecture reviews. Opportunity to work across multiple areas of our Hospitality platform, including POS, payments, loyalty, and more. You will collaborate with others in the Product team on spec review, architecture and systems design, and implementation.
