What you'll do:
- Lead a team of Account Executives to own a defined segment of outbound sales.
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and MRR targets from top-of-funnel through close.
How you'll win:
- Drive team to meet or exceed net new MRR targets and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Develop reps through coaching, onboarding, and structured feedback.
What you bring:
- 2+ years managing AEs in outbound or full-cycle sales, with Salesforce and Outreach.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
