Responsibilities:
- Lead and represent ~10 direct reports organized in smaller multi-disciplinary teams.
- Provide accountability for all the initiatives of your teams.
- Act as a point of reference for the Leadership team and for the main Stakeholders of your teams.
Qualifications:
- Have a solid technical background related to the whole SDLC.
- Comfortable communicating in written and verbal English across global teams.
- Are driven to lead and nurture high-performing and healthy teams.
