About the Role:
- Lead engineers building and evolving backend services
- Partner closely with Product, Data, and Platform teams
- Ensure long-term scalability, reliability, and operational health
Role Responsibilities:
- Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback
- Translate product and business goals into technical plans
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineers
- Strong technical background in backend systems
- Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale
