Responsibilities:
- Coach, Motivate, Build, Hire, and Lead a world-class team
- Lead and execute a coherent vision for an infrastructure roadmap
- Facilitate collaboration between product/vertical teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of industry experience as a SWE
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- 2+ years as a tech lead in systems & architecture design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing data-focused teams
- Experience with Ads
- Experience with Technical Program Management
Strategic Focus Areas:
- Data Infrastructure Platform and tools for data analysis
- Systems maturity: measurement and tracking
- Efficient and scalable Ads foundation
