Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee communications throughout each project.
• Assist in growing existing accounts and closing critical business items.
• Maintain strong collaboration across project team members.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of technical project management experience in a BPO environment.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• PMI membership and PMP Certification is preferred.

Project Management:

• Identify tasks and request resources from functions to be assigned to the project team.
• Document and execute upon specific requirements associated with new product launches.
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and completed to support hand off to Operations.

Skills:

• Skilled in Networking, IVR, Telecom, Dialer, and Recording Technologies.
• Experience with OCI, Azure, Google Cloud, GKE, or similar technologies would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Genesys Platforms or similar technologies is a must.
