The Associate Technical Program Manager guides PAR Retail's customers to achieve their business objectives using the Open Commerce platform, working collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, and Data & Insights teams to interpret data and implement program designs, approaching new challenges creatively.

Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing analytics and BI products. Define and track KPIs and success metrics for data-driven solutions. Work closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to drive product development. Leverage Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and insights.

Lead product development as Empower continues to scale. Drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for Empower features and products. Identify opportunities and develop perspectives on the most impactful things to build for our customers. Specifically, this role will focus on developing and launching Empower’s first credit card product.
