Compliance Reporting Program Manager

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests.

What you'll need:

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and foundational data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets is preferred.
