What you will own:
- Own the Transact P&L — revenue, bookings, retention, and margin — and report through a disciplined monthly Product Line Review.
- Define and defend an outcome-based strategy tied to financial goals.
- Embed AI across the transaction workflow to replace manual steps.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading PM teams in B2B or vertical SaaS.
- Proven ownership of a product line's commercial results with strong financial fluency.
- Real estate technology or transaction management experience strongly preferred.
About the role:
- This is a business-ownership role, not a feature-management role.
- Operate as the “Product CEO” for the line, owning strategy, commercial results, and customer experience.
- Lead the team to innovate and remain the leader in an AI-enabled world.
