About the role:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI Labs, an AI-native business targeting $20-50M in new revenue.
- Lead a small team of Product Owners in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment.
What you'll do:
- Drive BizDraft post-launch, scale it, and guide Ordinum and BizPulse through go/no-go decisions.
- Identify and prioritize multiple high-potential projects based on customer needs and competitive advantage.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-native products.
Who you are:
- Experienced in building 0-to-1 products inside a larger company with proven adoption.
- Deeply fluent in AI-assisted build workflows and comfortable influencing without direct authority.
- Commercially minded and collaborative, with a low ego and a focus on outcomes.
