What you'll do:
- Own claims and savings projections and retrospective analyses across Maven's employer benefit programs.
- Build, maintain, and scale Maven's actuarial and ROI models in Excel, ensuring methodological rigor.
- Support RFP responses with actuarial projections, benchmarking, and methodology documentation.
Who you are:
- An FSA, ASA, or equivalent actuarial credential with strong analysis design and modeling skills.
- Comfortable working in SQL and Excel, with excellent communication skills for external audiences.
- Passionate about improving maternal and family health outcomes through data-driven innovation.
