Applied Surety is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support the processing and administration of surety bond business. This role works closely with agents, clients, and internal teams to enter new bond transactions, process endorsements, maintain agency data, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational workflows. The position also provides general administrative and compliance support to facilitate timely and efficient bond lifecycle management.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving and enabling the success across our Auto Product organization, responsible for developing and maintaining market leading products, capabilities, and product-related experiences. This leader is accountable for the health of the overall ecosystem of third-party data, for leading work to determine how we can leverage external products to maximize value and drive desired business outcomes. Manages a team of highly analytic and experienced individual contributors and product analysis managers.

As a Stop Loss Reporting Analyst, you will support the Stop Loss Team in managing the monthly reporting for Specific and Aggregate Claims for both internal and external customers. An ideal candidate may have prior experience as a claims processor, with exposure to stop loss terminology and concepts. Responsibilities include reviewing Stop Loss contracts, setting up new stop loss groups, monitoring members, and generating reports.

A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with producers and commercial lines managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has 3- 6 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry with commercial clients. Responsibilities include preparing applications, following up with markets, creating proposals, and issuing certificates.

This role will lead the company’s day-to-day ceded reinsurance operations while developing iterative improvement of the company’s buying strategy. The role will critically contribute to improving spend efficiency, reducing EBIT volatility, and protecting risk capital. The right candidate will deeply understand and contribute to Openly’s unique approach to product, risk, and capital management, reporting to the Head of Reinsurance & Capital Management and sitting within the Finance team.
