The AmTrust International Insurance Division (AIID) Business Analyst performs analysis, reporting, data modeling, cleaning and validating of data for the division with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions to facilitate effective underwriting and other business decisions. Daily work includes partnering with the AIID team to refine underwriting and project requirements.

Our Product Team is working to cultivate and preserve an insurance product offering for our Members which balances risk appetite and ensures the longevity of Branch. The role will be primarily focused on the development of pricing, product and underwriting for multiple states and lines of business.

Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring our insurance programs align with business growth, assess and mitigate risks, optimize our risk portfolio, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive compliance and resilience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

As a member of the Strategy & Operations Department, you'll be a junior-level professional reporting to the Business Lead, Insurance, Strategy & Operations, supporting the leadership team in executing strategic priorities, grow internal insurance programs, optimize online questionnaires, and improve broker and underwriting effectiveness. You'll focus on insurance offerings with moderate complexities, supporting the company in reaching its Growth Written Premium targets.
