Director, Auto Product Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate, test, and implement quote flow enhancements aligned with channel strategies.
• Optimize the use of prefill data in quote flows to improve throughput and reduce expenses, while operationalizing risk classification into the quoting experience.
• Own logic for midterm or renewal transactions to reduce premium leakage and improve retention, such as for rewrites or sensitive life events.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in auto product management, development, or strategy, with knowledge of pricing and coverages.
• Strong analytical background using data and market insights to inform product decisions, and experience collaborating with technology teams on business requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing or mentoring analysts, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; a Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
