Responsibilities:
- Analyze a wide range of performance reports and metrics to identify portfolio trends and insights on a regular cadence.
- Synthesize and communicate relevant trends and insights to diverse stakeholders through recurring updates.
- Use insights to research, develop, and socialize business cases for actionable portfolio and underwriting improvement opportunities.
Project Leadership:
- Lead execution of prioritized initiatives and moderate-high complexity projects, including cross-functional coordination.
- Build work plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and track project outcomes.
- Partner with segment/field teams on projects like Auto audits and technical underwriting assessments.
Expertise and Support:
- Serve as a technical Commercial Auto Underwriting subject matter expert to Product, Actuarial, Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Support competitive intelligence, pricing strategy research, and market monitoring to inform underwriting strategy.
- Develop and present training on complex topics to support execution and profitability for the assigned product line.
