Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients and members for scheduling preventative health screenings and assessing healthcare needs.
• Provide compassionate assistance with benefits and insurance information, enhancing the patient healthcare experience.
• Perform welcome calls and surveys, making a positive difference in patients' lives through dedicated support.

Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED, verified during a background check.
• Demonstrate strong computer experience with data entry, Microsoft Outlook, and excellent keyboarding skills.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service, communication, and compassion, with the ability to adhere to daily schedules.
