Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and timely support by scheduling radiology appointments across modalities like mammography and ultrasound, serving as a primary contact.
- Review and validate imaging orders, coordinate with providers, and make outbound calls to schedule or resolve appointment needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions, including those involving sensitive medical or insurance information.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with at least six months of work-from-home customer service or scheduling experience in healthcare required.
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn multiple CRM and scheduling platforms simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
