The GRS North America Liability Underwriting Performance team is looking for an Assistant Director/Director to bolster the Liability lines (General Liability, Umbrella, Excess, Environmental, Professional). This technical expert will leverage deep commercial liability insurance skills to grasp risk and performance drivers, forging uniform underwriting strategies, references, and capabilities. This role requires proactively guiding analysis of performance factors to shape Liability underwriting strategies and guidelines, researching emerging risks and opportunities, crafting underwriting guides, and supporting pricing tools. The candidate should stay updated on business trends for strategy and offer subject expertise on complex referrals.
