Collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and ensures service standards including execution, delivery and retention are achieved. Provides daily administrative support to designated Producers and Account Executives and existing clients, gathering and preparing renewal information such as loss runs, drivers lists, and experience mod worksheets. Processes endorsement requests, certificates of insurance, Evidence of insurance, and cancellation processing. Assists clients with claims reporting and maintains contact during the settlement process.
Ensures assigned transactions are executed accurately and maintains documentation to standards. Educates business partners on insurance products and compliance. Invoices accounts and processes premiums. Maintains current files and prepares policy renewal questionnaires, recommending coverage enhancements. Works expiration lists prior to renewal and performs agency system client updates.
