Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Build, validate, and optimize target lists while ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred; 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related role in consulting or agency setting.
- Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
