Senior Health Data Analyst - Compass

The Role:

• Focus on health data in the Compass Patient data product, including prescription and medical claims record-level data.
• Work with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and QA to implement improvements.
• Own data investigations and improvements as part of the Product team.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate and resolve data observations and questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Build standard templates and practices to streamline data quality in target domains.
• Design new data analytics and data quality features including match, merge, dedupe logic, and enrichment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data.
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of industry standard billing codes.
• Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success.
