Responsibilities:
- Manage and own a portfolio of independent physician practices across a multi-specialty medical group.
- Drive growth and improvement by developing growth plans and managing client relationships.
- Draft and implement action plans to improve revenue and streamline patient throughput.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Healthcare MBA highly valued.
- 5+ years of healthcare experience, particularly with physicians and medical group staff.
- Quantitatively proficient in reading, interpreting, and explaining financial data.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 base pay with bonus and stock units.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, plus 401K and PTO.
- Travel throughout New Jersey territory required at 70%.
