Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end operating model, execution, and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams by driving alignment, accountability, and progress through clear communication and data insights.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks early, and establish escalation pathways for quick resolution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in program management, operations, or healthcare operations.
- Experience building physician network programs or provider engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex programs without direct authority.
