Lead Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and complete data for client deliverables, ensuring timely delivery.
• Perform root cause and quality control analyses to identify issues.
• Build and maintain Databricks dashboards and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data warehousing (Databricks); Snowflake knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role:

• This position supports quarterly product releases and new client onboarding.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinates with teams to resolve them.
• Identifies and implements process optimizations.
