Lead Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex, high-stakes analyses — deep-dive investigations, statistical modelling, and multi-source data problems.
• Write advanced, performant SQL against large datasets and build robust data models in partnership with Data Engineering.
• Set and enforce technical standards for the team, including code review, data quality checks, and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• 9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with demonstrated depth in complex datasets.
• Expert-level SQL and solid grounding in statistics, including experimentation design and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, and BI tools like Tableau.

Skills & Attributes:

• Deep practical fluency with data, remaining close to the analysis rather than purely supervisory.
• Strong analytical judgment to identify data quality issues and edge cases.
• Technically credible with engineering counterparts while communicating effectively to business stakeholders.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Promote awareness of key information security practices including acceptable use and password protocols.
• Identify and assess security risks impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.
