- Coach and mentor engineers on data storage, warehouse, processing, and SRE best practices.
- Lead by example through high-quality code contributions.
- Support hiring processes and technical assessments.
Collaboration & Strategic Partnership:
- Partner with Engineering Managers through regular 1:1s and planning sessions.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and other architects to design solutions.
- Ensure technical roadmap alignment with product and business priorities.
