Senior Data Analyst

The Role:

• Own analyses end to end, build durable reporting infrastructure, and help shape how the company measures its business.
• Work daily across Snowflake, dbt, and Hex to answer high-impact questions.
• Raise the analytical bar across the team.

The Person We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of analytics experience with expert-level SQL and ability to translate ambiguous questions.
• Strong communicator who can defend methodology to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and takes ownership from scoping to follow-up.

Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL against Snowflake.
• Build and maintain dbt models for reusable datasets.
• Build dashboards and reporting in Hex for leaders.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years analytics experience, advanced SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Hex.
• End-to-end ownership and strong communication.
• AI fluency with sound judgment on verification.
