The Role:
- Own Silver and Gold dbt layers, building tested models and governing metrics.
- Lead BI tooling strategy for trustworthy self-serve analytics.
What You'll Do:
- Drive warehouse performance and cost, troubleshooting data quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into governed models.
What You Should Have:
- 5-7+ years analytics engineering with expert SQL, dbt, Snowflake.
- Semantic layer, BI tool, Python, Git, and AI-assisted workflow experience.
