Role Overview:
- We are transforming how data drives clinical and strategic decisions during a major migration to a modern data stack.
- You will author insights by wrangling messy data and translating complex logic into plain English for business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute core SQL queries and partner with Data Engineering to build dbt models.
- Own end-to-end design of executive-ready dashboards in PBI, Tableau, or Sigma.
- Maintain a ruthless standard for data accuracy and protect the team from scope-creep.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in business intelligence or data analytics with advanced SQL mastery.
- Proven track record of building intuitive dashboard suites in Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma.
- Comfortable with Google Stack, Slack-driven communication, and adapting to shifting data landscapes.
