Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the data foundation: evolve the dbt project, design Snowflake warehouse, and build custom ingestion pipelines.
• Drive data quality and automation: implement testing, observability, and CI/CD best practices.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration and AI-ready data: design semantic layers and measurement frameworks for AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data modeling best practices with 5+ years in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Python for pipeline development and automation, plus experience with Salesforce data modeling.
• Proven experience building custom ELT pipelines and designing cross-system reconciliation models.

• Establish a trusted, well-modeled analytics layer that product managers and leaders rely on daily.
• Drive down time-to-insight by enabling self-serve access to high-quality datasets and metrics.
• Proactively identify data discrepancies and design measurement frameworks for new initiatives.
