You’ll be the go-to driver of product operations, with a focus on making research, insight, and tooling frictionless. Key responsibilities include streamlining the user research pipeline.You'll also be the tooling architect, defining the “what and why” for the Product Intelligence roadmap and building frameworks that reduce friction between Product, Marketing, CS, Design, etc.

Responsible for gathering relevant information from client’s brokerage and social media profiles to aid in the curation of image folders. Accurately sources stock imagery strictly adhering to our SOPs, updating our internal image library and collections, assigning appropriate labels when necessary. Adheres to image best practices as well as company standards when curating folders.

In this role, you’ll design and implement workflows that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and streamline internal operations. You’ll be expected to bring a deep understanding of modern automation orchestration platforms, along with the discernment to apply AI where it delivers meaningful value. You’ll own the full lifecycle of your solutions, from scoped requirements through build, testing, deployment, and iteration.
