Looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead our advertising team within Client Marketing. In this role, you'll drive the transformation of our paid media offering from a service-based model to an AI-powered, scalable growth engine. You'll be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence while collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Deliver recommendations and actionable insights to key stakeholders to help drive revenue. Use strong technical and business intuition to optimize GTM motions, ensuring data-driven approaches drive efficiency, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. Solve difficult open ended up problems through novel data solutions and analytics.

Assist the internal support team with technical product and service requests from customers. This role requires Web Design competency, executing technical website requests, recommending solutions and guiding internal teams through features and functionalities. Knowledgeable with the latest web standards, a keen eye for tasteful design and able to work with data sets is required.
