Enterprise Architecture Strategy:
- Define, execute, and govern the overall data architecture roadmap on the Snowflake platform.
- Establish technical standards, data integration patterns, and best practices across the data organization.
Healthcare Domain Integration:
- Blueprint schemas and integration strategies for heterogeneous healthcare data sources including EMR systems, claims, eligibility, and Value-Based Care (VBC) attribution.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI/PII data masking, and row/column-level security.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
- Act as the technical authority for data initiatives, provide architectural guidance during sprint planning, and lead technical design reviews.
- Mentor engineers on advanced SQL, modeling, and system design.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Data Architecture or Data Engineering roles with cloud platform design.
- 3+ years hands-on Snowflake experience, strong expertise in Medallion Architecture, dbt, Python, and healthcare data standards.
