The Business Analyst will perform advanced business analysis work related to analyzing and implementing complex, emerging technology hardware and software projects for the Mainframe Transformation Program, including work in analysis of deployed functionality for Production Support and process improvement activities. The focus is data-related, including data modeling, data bridging, root cause analysis of data errors, and data flow documentation.

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role on the Reporting Team, aligning cross-functional goals and driving strategic initiatives through advanced analytics. You’ll bring a full-lifecycle project perspective and a sharp analytical mindset. Manage and grow a Power BI reporting portfolio used by 900+ users across departments. Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for report development.

Due to growth, we are adding a Data Integration Developer to our team! You will have a background in data integration technologies and an understanding of database systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement data integration solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Spearhead AI-powered workload automation initiatives and inspire a high-performing team as a Data Engineer Advisor. Lead the design and optimization of advanced database solutions supporting AI-driven workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data infrastructure. Guide a team of engineers in developing data pipelines using tools like SSIS, SSRS, and SSDT.
