Trilogy Federal is looking for a remote Data Engineer with working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Power BI to join our growing company and support our federal client. Our ideal candidate will contribute effectively towards our team goals and ensure exceptional customer experience for our client and their employees. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has prior implementation skills to implement a functional SSAS environment.

The Senior Data Engineer works on a team of Data Engineers and Administrators building and modernizing our data platform. This role is highly involved in the evolution of the platform to modern data warehousing technologies. The ideal candidate has experience with large data sets, hands on experience with cloud data warehousing, and a strong desire to continue learning and solving problems.

This professional will be essential in the transition to cloud solutions and ensuring operational continuity during this transformation period. Responsibilities include maintenance and support, problem-solving, data migration, team collaboration, and continuous improvement through documentation.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Coalesce.io, Airbyte, and SQL Server/SSIS, with some use of Azure Data Factory. Build and maintain dimensional data models to ensure high-quality, structured data for analytics and reporting. Implement Medallion architecture in Snowflake, managing bronze, silver, and gold layers. Collaborate with teams using Jira for task tracking and GitHub for code repository management.
