Senior Actuarial Support Analyst

Role Overview:

• You will join the Actuarial team and develop & maintain cost savings models.
• This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain complex financial models to track and analyze cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform advanced data analysis to assess prior authorization and claims trends.
• Lead the design and development of financial models to quantify the impact of proposed initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or cost containment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of healthcare cost drivers and medical claims data.
