Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise data warehouse solutions using dimensional modeling and SSIS for healthcare analytics.
- Create analytical visualizations and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and work with cross-functional teams using Safe Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS.
- Strong background in healthcare data analysis and understanding of clinical workflows and payer operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite and experience with data warehouse methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $114,000 to $150,000 per year plus discretionary bonus.
