Manager, Data Enablement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decision making.
• Oversee integration of syndicated market data and internal business data across multiple systems.
• Design and implement scalable reporting processes, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance measurement frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
