Role Overview:
- Support strategic business initiatives by analyzing data, improving processes, and delivering insights.
- Work at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and process optimization, partnering with stakeholders to solve real-world challenges.
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate needs into analytical solutions.
- Gather and document requirements, define KPIs, and create reporting frameworks.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources; develop dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with process improvement and Agile is preferred.
