Role Overview:
- Transform complex data into meaningful insights for strategic and operational decision-making.

Accountabilities:
- Design and implement standardized operational performance analytics aligned with strategic priorities.
- Create measurement frameworks, data definitions, and methodologies for consistent reporting.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with large datasets in analytics or reporting roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and data validation across multiple sources.
- Experience with Tableau, SAS, and familiarity with Python or SSIS preferred.
