Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze operational and product data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable teams to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or related fields.
- Strong SQL skills with experience extracting and analyzing complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
