Key Responsibilities:
- You will deliver high-value analysis and reports by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as BI, IT, Quality, and Operations.
- You will manage performance evaluations, incentive payment distributions, and executive-level leading indicator analyses for Value-Based Contracts.
- You will convert business requirements into technical specifications, write SQL queries, and partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality.
Qualifications:
- You should have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years of experience in analytics or finance.
- You must have high proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data modeling.
- Experience in healthcare analytics and Python is preferred.
Additional Information:
- The salary range for this role is $81,000 to $95,000 base pay, with an annual bonus target of 15%.
