Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Design, develop, and document new applications, system enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for BI applications and workflows.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with four years of IT experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience as a business analyst with experience in requirements gathering.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, and data warehousing architecture.
