About the Role:
- Proactively analyze business performance across churn, retention, conversion, and marketing analytics.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for leaders to act on.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in analytics or data function with 4+ years of people management.
- Technical fluency in SQL, data modeling, statistics, dbt, and Looker.
What We Offer:
- Base salary $200,000 - $230,000 with 15% bonus.
